If you feel like switching off and losing yourself in the peaceful corners of the
Ultzama Valley, we invite you to get to know one of the sweetest little houses in Navarre.
Come to
Eltso, close to the centennial
oak forest at Orgi, and you'll discover a lovely little family home in the
traditional architectural style of the region, where Isabel Tellería will offer you the opportunity to learn about the fascinating world of bees and the art of beekeeping.
In the museum you can visit the
bee laboratory where she explains the life of the bees, how they make honey and how she extracts and decants it from her bee-hives. On the top floor there is an interesting exhibition on the history of bee-keeping throughout the centuries.
Visitors can buy
home-produced raw honey from different flowers all over Navarre, honey jam, chocolates, soaps, creams, candles and other products from the beehive, such as propolis, pollen, wax and royal jelly.
