The viewpoint is included in the Navarre Wine Route and is on the roadside, just one kilometre from the impressive lookout site of
Ujué, offering a wonderful view of the central zone of Navarre, with its typical Mediterranean vegetation, some of its towns and villages and the
lake at Pitillas (also included in the Landscapes Routes).
Ujué, declared a Site of Cultural Interest, is a small village that has conserved its mediaeval features of stony streets and one of the main shrines in Navarre:
the Sanctuary of Santa María, a National Monument, which has one of the finest Gothic porticos in the region.
