This picturesque village stands just over 20 kilometres from Pamplona in the peaceful
Ultzama valley, surrounded by meadows.
In the highest part of the village stands the
church of Saints Simon and Judas from the Baroque era. If you like golf, be sure to visit the Ulzama Golf Club, or if you just want to get a taste of the sport you can practise your swing at the
Pitch'n'Putt.
Nearby, framed by the Ultzama river and the Arakil irrigation canal, the centennial
Orgi oak forest lies waiting, a Natural Recreational Area that invites you to take a walk along its several fascinating trails.
The village is also home to the "
Ultzama" farm school, where visitors not only enter into contact with the animals but can also participate in a workshop to make
cuajada (junket) according to a traditional method.
