The Navarre Department of Culture and Tourism, the Pamplona City Council and the Press Association have reached an agreement that will allow the Pamplona Tourist Office to properly attend to the large number of journalists that will visit Pamplona during the upcoming festivities.
The tasks of the International Press Office will include:
- issuing press passes
- providing a press package with information on the Sanfermines and Pamplona
- distributing promotional material on Navarre —brochures, gifts and CDs— to the press
- drawing up daily schedules of events that are of interest to the press
- making available videos and a daily report on the bull running to all journalists
- drawing up a report on the activities undertaken
With regard to equipment, the press room will provide:
- laptops and wireless Internet connections
- telephone connections
- plasma screen TV sets with over 400 national and international TV channels
