The Museum is located in Pamplona in the Old Monastery of San Pedro, a historical 18th-century building that has been adapted to house a sustainable education centre. The Museum offers training and dissemination activities and documentation services, information on the environment and advice for students and educators.

The centre consists of a space for a permanent exhibition, a conference room and four classrooms, two of them specialised:: Sustainability Observatory - Information point on Agenda 21 in Pamplona and an interactive acoustic workshop.
